Every SattvaKraft product is handmade by traditional artisans from natural materials such as terracotta, clay and ceramic. We pack every order carefully, but these pieces are fragile. This policy explains what happens if something goes wrong.
1. Handmade variations
Because each piece is made by hand, small differences in colour, size, shape, glaze and finish from the product photos are natural. They are not defects, and they are not grounds for a return.
Ordered on Amazon.in? Orders placed on Amazon are covered by Amazon’s returns and refund process. You can start a return or report damage from Your Orders on Amazon. You can also email us and we will help.
2. Damaged, broken or wrong items
- Please record an unboxing video (or clear photos) when you open your parcel, showing the sealed package, the packaging and the product.
- Report any transit damage, breakage, missing item or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sattvagavyadairyfarmsllp@gmail.com with your order number and the photos or video.
- Once we verify the claim, we will send a replacement of the same item at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will give a full refund for that item.
- Claims reported after 48 hours, or without photo or video evidence, may not be eligible.
3. Returns for other reasons
Because these are fragile handmade goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please read product descriptions and dimensions carefully before ordering, and contact us if you have any questions.
4. Custom, personalised and corporate orders
Custom-made, personalised, bulk and corporate gifting orders cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started. Verified transit damage on these orders is covered as described in section 2.
5. Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by emailing us. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to show the credit in your account.
